GridCrush - Terms of Use

These terms apply to GridCrush, a neon block puzzle game developed by Gus Digital Solutions.

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using GridCrush, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description Of Service

GridCrush provides casual puzzle gameplay, campaign levels, power-ups, rewards, achievements, and related game features. GridCrush is for entertainment purposes only.

3. Game Center

Some features may use Apple Game Center for leaderboards, achievements, or multiplayer. Your use of Game Center is also subject to Apple's terms and your Apple account settings.

4. App Store And Pre-Release Access

GridCrush is distributed through the App Store where available. Any TestFlight or other pre-release builds may change, contain bugs, lose progress, or become unavailable. Pre-release access does not guarantee continued access or any particular feature set.

5. In-App Purchases

If GridCrush offers in-app purchases, purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refunds and billing issues are handled by Apple.

6. Intellectual Property

GridCrush, including its design, code, artwork, names, and related content, is owned by Gus Digital Solutions. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app except as allowed by law.

7. Disclaimer

GridCrush is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available on every device.

8. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gus Digital Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of GridCrush.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of GridCrush after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
