GridCrush - Privacy Policy
Last Updated: July 30, 2026
This privacy policy describes how GridCrush, a block puzzle game developed by Gustavo Payano Vasquez doing business as Gus Digital Solutions (a sole proprietorship), handles information in the app and on this website. It is written against what the shipping app actually does.
1. Summary
GridCrush is an offline-first block puzzle game. There is no GridCrush account and no Gus Digital Solutions server. Your puzzle progress stays on your device. The one place app data leaves your device is Apple Game Center, and only if you choose to use it.
2. App Data Stored On Your Device
GridCrush stores puzzle progress, levels completed, high scores, daily streak, coin balance, undo charges, unlocked achievements, and settings in your iPhone's local app storage. This gameplay data is not uploaded to Gus Digital Solutions servers. Deleting the app removes all of it.
3. Apple Game Center
GridCrush integrates Apple Game Center. If you are signed in to Game Center, data does leave your device — to Apple, not to us:
- Your Game Center player identity and display name are read by the app so it can authenticate you and show your name.
- Your scores are submitted to Apple's GridCrush leaderboards for endless mode and campaign mode. Scores you submit are visible to other players on those leaderboards.
- Achievement progress is reported to Apple.
- If you start a real-time multiplayer match, gameplay state is relayed through Apple's Game Center match service to your opponent's device, and you and your opponent will see each other's Game Center display name and profile photo.
All of this is handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy and your Apple Account settings. Gus Digital Solutions does not receive, store, or have access to your Game Center identity. You can decline Game Center sign-in and play the full single-player game without it, and you can manage or remove Game Center data in iOS Settings → Game Center.
4. Analytics And Tracking
The native GridCrush app contains no third-party dependencies at all — no advertising SDK, no tracking SDK, no analytics or telemetry service. It does not request App Tracking Transparency permission, does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA), and does not track you across other apps or websites. It requests no camera, photo, microphone, location, contacts, or health permission, and sends no push notifications. Apple may separately provide us crash reports or aggregate diagnostic information if you have enabled sharing in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements; that is controlled by you, not by the app.
This Gus Digital Solutions website is separate from the app and may load consent-managed analytics, anti-spam, and advertising scripts for the site itself. Those scripts are set to a denied-by-default consent state until you allow them, run only in your browser, and give the app no access to your gameplay data.
5. Launch Updates
If you submit the GridCrush update form on this website, we collect the name, email address, device type, and optional notes you provide. We use that information only to send GridCrush launch updates, Android availability news, product feedback follow-up, and related support. We keep it until you ask us to remove you or until we stop sending updates, whichever comes first.
6. In-App Purchases
GridCrush is free to play and coins can be earned through gameplay. Optional consumable coin packs are also offered through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Apple processes every purchase. We do not receive or store your payment card, bank details, or billing address, and the app does not attach any user identifier to a purchase. There is no subscription and no auto-renewal.
7. Data Retention
Because we do not receive your gameplay data, there is nothing for us to retain. Local data persists on your device until you delete it or delete the app. Game Center data is retained by Apple under Apple's terms. Website update-list entries are retained as described in section 5.
8. Your Rights And Data Deletion
You can delete local game data by deleting the app from your device. You can opt out of Game Center by declining sign-in or signing out in iOS Settings → Game Center. To remove update-list information you sent through this website, contact us at the email below.
Depending on where you live you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR, UK GDPR, or the CCPA/CPRA to access, correct, or delete personal information a business holds about you, and to be free from discrimination for exercising them. Because GridCrush does not create an account or send us your gameplay data, in most cases the only personal information we hold is what you submitted through this website. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
9. Children
GridCrush is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided us with personal information, email us at the address below.
10. Changes To This Policy
If GridCrush's data practices change, this policy will be updated before the changed version is released and the date at the top will change.
