Terms of Use — Apps

These terms apply to all mobile applications published by Gus Digital Solutions, including IronLog, HungRecover, GridCrush, FortBudget, SwingIQ, HerPhase, SparkFit, and any future apps. For the website terms, see our website terms of service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any of our apps, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our apps.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

3. Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the app
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and trademarks within our apps are the property of Gus Digital Solutions. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Some apps offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. These are processed through the Apple App Store. Refunds are handled per Apple's refund policy. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

6. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

Apps that track health, fitness, or nutrition data (such as IronLog, HungRecover, and HerPhase) are for informational purposes only. They are not medical devices and do not provide medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise or nutrition program.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gus Digital Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of our apps.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
