SwingIQ Golf Tracker

Terms of Use

Effective July 18, 2026

By downloading or using SwingIQ, you agree to these terms.

1. Recreational golf tracker

SwingIQ provides a local scorecard, round history, club-based suggestions, optional shot location tags, optional Apple Health activity, exports, and performance estimates for recreational use.

2. Accuracy and product limits

Course yardages in v1 are listed values included with sample course data, not live measurements from your device to the green. Club suggestions, recent-round handicap estimates, and four-category performance estimates may be incomplete or inaccurate. SwingIQ does not provide an official WHS Handicap Index, official Strokes Gained analysis, tournament scoring authority, safety advice, or professional instruction. Verify information independently and follow course rules.

3. Subscriptions and purchases

SwingIQ may offer monthly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase through Apple. Localized prices and any introductory offer are displayed by Apple before you confirm. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel them in Apple ID account settings. The lifetime option is a non-renewing purchase.

Apple controls transaction processing, refunds, subscription eligibility, and regional pricing. Restore Purchases is available in SwingIQ for eligible App Store transactions.

4. Optional permissions

Location and Apple Health features require your permission. Core scorecard use does not require either permission. You can change permissions in iOS Settings.

5. Your data and exports

You are responsible for exports you create and destinations you choose in the iOS share sheet. Keep backups you consider important. Removing the app may remove its locally stored round history.

6. Acceptable use and intellectual property

Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, use it unlawfully, or reverse engineer it except where applicable law permits. SwingIQ’s code, design, and original content remain the developer’s intellectual property; you receive a limited personal-use license.

7. Warranty and liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, SwingIQ is provided “as is” without warranties, and its developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

8. Apple terms

Apple is not responsible for the app or its support. Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies where incorporated by the App Store listing.

9. Changes and contact

These terms may change when the product or applicable requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version. Questions: lightcloud007@gmail.com.
