IronLog — Terms of Service

By downloading or using IronLog, you agree to these terms.
1. License
IronLog grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for personal, non-commercial use. The app, its art, code, and branding remain the property of Gustavo Payano Vasquez / Gus Digital Solutions.
2. Pro tier
A Pro tier is available via Apple's In-App Purchase API. Pro features, pricing, and terms are described inside the application at the time of purchase. Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple — IronLog never sees your payment information.
3. HealthKit & wellness disclaimer
IronLog may request permission to read workout data from Apple Health. This data is used solely to enrich your training history. Charts, statistics, and recommendations are informational only and do not constitute medical, fitness, or professional coaching advice. Consult a qualified trainer for personalized programming.
4. User conduct
Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the application, except as permitted by applicable law.
5. Disclaimer
IronLog is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
6. Apple Standard EULA
For downloads from the App Store, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement applies.
